The resort was ok during our stay. There wasn’t much to do as far as entertainment during our stay. The bars closed at 10pm on a Fri/Sat was surprising. They had karaoke during the week, but nothing on the weekends. Management should consider getting some pool tables, dart board, shuffle board. The resort is huge and has potential to offer more than what’s available. And please stop booking families with kids next to a room that has a couple. Some couples may be looking for a quiet weekend getaway.

We stayed at the resort on the last weekend they were open. The slopes were not the best condition for avid skiers but we were teaching our children for the first time and it was really great as there were no crowds. The workers were all really friendly and the restaurants had descent choices for food.

We had a great time here even though it was warm and we didn’t even need jackets. The slopes were well maintained and the room was clean, would come again.

I didn’t like the fact that there were no reservations available at the Grille. Guests at the hotel should not have been turned away. The staff at the hostess stand was unprofessional, snooty and unfriendly. They were not a good representation of the rest of the hotel, which was accommodating and friendly.

Excellent property! It’s not huge, but they limit the lift tickets so you actually can ski! Slopes not too crowded and got some great runs in! They do a great job taking care of military families! Looking forward to returning!

The property was very clean, the rooms spacious and the dining options were great. An outdoor pool option in the winter was pretty cool but the best feature by far was the skiing. It’s a great mountain for beginners or seasoned veterans alike.

In Expedia it showed one price and when arrived at the resort I had to pay an addition $155 in “resort fee”. The place had literally nothing opened. Anything you want to do such as skiing, snow tubing, archery are all booked or closed. The game room they call it was under maintenance. And it was very small with nothing fun. The room was smelly and very old. The TV was not working. The TV was prolly from 1990s. Could not watch a movie or any other videos. Room service was unavailable. When called from phone no one picks up. There was no housekeeping what so ever. The outdoor pool was not heated enough. If you want to get sick please go to the outdoor pool in the winter. The resort itself is very old.

My family and I loved Bear Creek! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. This kids had a ton of fun on the slopes and I relaxed at the spa. The food delicious! We also loved Connie! We will definitely be back!

We had an excellent experience all around. The people at check in, Jenna and Kathy, were super helpful and friendly. Thank you! The room was clean and spacious. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We had a wonderful waitress in the Grill restaurant named Cali and had a lovely time (we recommend investing more on the quality of the food, which was just average). The ski experience was great too. All in all a great short vacation. We plan to come back soon. Great job!

Fantastic Family Stay
We travel quite a bit and the customer service we received was the best we ever encountered. Room was spacious and clean. Skiing was closed but there was plenty to do. The only criticism i have is the spa needs to communicate better. We tried 4x and left many messages through phone and email but never received a response. Food and the restaurant and cafe was good but overpriced but these 2 things did not effect our stay. We will definitely be returning.

Had a very rude and surprising interaction with front desk staff. One of the worst experiences I had at a hotel all year. The location and amenities are really nice, however hotel rooms are definitely overdue refurbishment. The Grille restaurant was delish! However if you are a clean freak I would stay elsewhere.

This trip was amazing and the staff helped make my daughter’s birthday extra special, including breakfast vouchers for her and her best friend and the girls that made them special ice cream sundaes at Trails End Cafe. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool, all of the hot tubs and the girls LOVED the indoor pool. We also enjoyed time in our queen suite as it was spacious and clean. We love coming back here for a quick getaway often!

This property was great for our girls spa getaway. The facilities were amazing and clean, there was still plenty to do in the off season. The bartender at Trail’s End was so great, she made our night so much fun! We will absolutely be returning!
