It is well maintained and plenty of space to spread out or come together for quality family time. Just a short walk into Roosevelt National Forest makes for fun side trips. Sitting on the deck, sipping my morning coffee with the hummingbirds flitting by is my favorite spot. House is only 1/4 mile from an entrance to Roosevelt National Forest, for hiking and adventures. My husband and I, our three adult children, and family dog spent an amazing week at this lovely home/property. We loved the peaceful seclusion, but also that it was a scenic short drive to Estes Park. The home is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The large kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. Basement has fun games, but we spent all of our time outside on the deck with its amazing view and hummingbird visits. Enjoyed coffee each morning on the deck, sat in the hot tub and around the fire pit each night. The deck was definitely our favorite spot along with the peace and beauty of the surroundings.
