### Apartment 'Naturhaus, 50qm' with Lake View, Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

A house built close to nature in 1995 in timber frame construction with solid clay walls and electrosmog shielding guarantees a healthy living climate like no other house can. A modern skirting heating system and the exclusive use of natural oils for the solid wood materials ensure pollutant-free air. This is the way to live, the way to enjoy a healthy vacation!  
  
The apartment on the first floor with a large covered south-west facing terrace is bright and very spacious. It is fully equipped, bed linen and towels are provided, a modern kitchen with a stove and a small grill oven makes it fun to prepare your meals. High-quality antiques enhance the living atmosphere and modern, comfortable seating and beds allow you to relax and enjoy your time. Enjoy the sunset over the lake on the terrace on balmy summer evenings - what could be better?  
  
The house is located on the outskirts of the village, just 100 meters from the edge of the forest, where signposted hiking trails invite you to go for walks and bike rides. The south-facing slope catches the sun and creates a warm microclimate, the lake with bathing area and restaurant is 1 km away, you can get there on foot, by bike or by car, the train invites you to tours to Constance and Radolfzell. The hiking trail along the edge of the forest is only about 800m from the Schmieder clinics.  
  
Let your gaze wander, also from the covered terrace, over the fields of the Hegne monastery, across to Reichenau, over the Untersee to Switzerland, in an absolutely quiet location. Enjoy the healthy natural house, welcome!
