Overall, the stay was good. I can’t complain about one night. The room seemed clean and everything was in working order. The staff could have been a little friendlier, but nothing to go crazy over.

In the room itself, the pulldown privacy shade did not go all the way down leaving our window gap open a good 6 inches or so - not only is there a privacy issue, but in the morning the sun was beaming through. Both the solid shade & sheer layered shade was locked in place, seemingly designed/engineered as such so it could not be raised or lowered to see outside at all beyond the gap near the bottom.

My reservation specifically asked for a mobility access room because one of us is a bilateral amputee confined to a wheelchair. When we arrived at 6pm there were no accessible rooms available and they wanted to put us in a fifth floor room. It was New Year’s Eve and their solution was to check around with their sister properties to see what was available. We stayed in a “regular” room at the Allen property because it made no sense to go wandering around Dallas on New Year’s Eve trying to find a motel that could accommodate us. I made this reservation in early November. There is no excuse for giving away our room.

The window shade did not work. I asked for it to be fixed, they said they would send someone up but did not. We were never offered to have the room serviced; it was not for the two days. Overall a reasonable place to stay but seemed a bit worn.

Never again!
Expecting Nice Hampton Inn class got sub Motel 6. Limited parking due to construction remodeling w stage containers around the building. The hotel was taped and covered areas. I was stuck in a Handicapped room with broken wifi when I notified the front desk, she replied no one else has complained and gave me a number to the corporate IT that spent 15 mins investigating and in the end simply telling me that the equipment is broken on the 5th floor and she would have to contact her supervisors and the hotel to resolve, that was at 10:30 pm. Needless to say my work did not get accomplished. The next morning the coffee machine didnt work and i had to play find the working outlet. The shower designed for wheelchairs spread water all over bathroom floor. Bottom line for the price i paid i was ripped off. Too many nicer places in the area or a lot less expensive to get same service i received. Will make me think twice staying at any Hampton Inn but never here again.

Stayed here to enjoy the indoor pool in case of bad weather or extreme heat in the area during my July visit to the grandkids. The pool water was cooler than the outdoor pools in the area, and that made it refreshing and enjoyable for everyone. Property was in the middle of a remodel but that did not hamper our visit at all. Very nice staff, decent breakfast & enjoyable stay.

Don’t bother to stay here not good!
This hotel was so dirty, nothing worked, room wasn’t stocked with essentials like toilet paper. It was so loud so very hard to sleep!

Property is extremely dirty, single bed room turn into double, very congested and no place to sit on. Table next to head board has no drawer we could not secure any valuable. Inadequate cleaning, repeated request being neglected. In room phone is not working. This is the worst place to stay in for even one night. Moreover all the furnitures looks like picked up from junk yard. Continental breakfast had no varieties, coffee stands located out side dining area.
