I booked a one night stay for a family event. I made a typo on the date. I received the email confirmation but didn’t pay a lot of attention to it. The night before, I get an email asking how my check in was. I called Hotels.Com and they were awesome!! They called microtel and asked if I could switch it to the next night instead and we’re told a flat NO. They would not let me change it and that would charge me the entire night. That is absolutely terrible customer support! I will never book with microtel or it’s affiliates again.
