I had to leave early do to family issues the morning guy was pretty helpful but the guy on the over night shift was terrific he had our room ready after long bad rough night

The motel was clean and our room was spotless. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was well stocked with towels and accessories, and the breakfast was very nice with a good varierty of items to choose from. The only thing that I would change would be the sign out in front of the motel to make it more visible at night.

Where's my dress?
My wife left an expensive dress in the closet in our room. First she was told, when she called, that no one had seen it. When she said she wanted to file a complaint, the clerk looked again and found it. She said she would mail it to us. We have not receieved it yet, which I should have if it was mailed on Sunday or Monday. I am not happy. I don't feel I can trust your Hotel.

I was exceptionally disappointed when the desk clerk informed me they do NOT make wake-up calls. When I checked out, the same clerk told me they could not make change for a $20.00 bill. NEVER have I heard of such standard things missing from my visit.

Mattress toppers were extremely comfortable. Rooms were clean with the exception of floor corners in the bathroom. Breakfast was great and the availability for dining and shopping was spot on.. Only a hop. skip and a jump from St. Bonaventure campus.

Think twice before staying here. The door to my room was broken and wouldn’t close had to wait with my bags in the lobby until it was fixed. Found BED BUGS in the room and had to ask for a new room. Not worth your money

Check-in & first night stay was awful. I made my reservation 2mos in advance, called at 1pm that day to ensure the front desk staff knew I would be a late checkin. I specifically requested a regular room and not a handicap accessible. At check in I got a grumpy reception person and a handicap room with a broken shower. I went back to the front desk and he let me know that as a late check in, I shouldnt expect my preferences to be honored. The next day I got a wonderful reception person who switched my room. Room was amazing and had a working shower and full dressing area. Will be back again but only if I can get a non-handicapped accessible room.

They charged us over $300 for an average hotel room, and the toilet did not work at all. So they were up in the room until 1 am trying to fix it, and ended up giving us a key to a room that had not been cleaned yet, was literally filthy, and was ON A DIFFERENT FLOOR, to use the bathroom in. So we had to go down the stairs all night and morning in pajamas when we had to go to the bathroom. Utterly ridiculous. I am attempting to get a refund because we did not rest at all and they were price gouging for broken rooms.

There was hair in my bathroom that was most definitely not mine. I was there three days. On the third day there was no fresh towels, room service of any kind. The desk help was very helpful.

The evening clerk and the morning clerk were both professional and friendly. The room was clean and well stocked. The Food Network channel didn't work but that's not a deal breaker. Good, hearty breakfast with lots of choices. Thumbs up!
