This charming first-floor apartment offers a comfortable space of 90 sqm, ideal for hosting up to 6 people. It features two bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with a double bed and a bunk bed, ensuring comfortable accommodations for the whole family. The shower bathroom is fully equipped to meet all needs.   
  
The independent kitchen is a true strong point, fully equipped.   
  
The location is simply fantastic: just 4 km from the center of Alleghe and the lake, with ski facilities of the Ski Civetta area reachable in just a few minutes. In the summer period, you can explore the Civetta Adventure Park or go hiking in the nearby Bellunesi Dolomites National Park.   
  
The apartment also welcomes your four-legged friends (maximum one animal) and is ideal for groups of young people and families.
