Located on Calle Cisneros, in the old town of Alicante, this modern 45m2 apartment is located in a building completely renovated in 2020\. It has 2 double bedrooms, exterior balcony, living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. It has air conditioning, heating and high speed internet connection. There is a public parking located a few meters from the apartment. This is how 'El Barrio' was born. A set of 4 modern and sophisticated apartments, with all the comforts of a hotel and where you will feel at home. In an unbeatable location, a quiet area a few meters from the sea, where you can soak up the Mediterranean culture and life. The apartment on first floor (no elevator) has 45m2 distributed in a double bedroom with a double bed, a second double bedroom with two single beds, an exterior balcony, a living dining room with a double sofa bed, a flat screen TV and a dining table; as well as a complete kitchen with a ceramic hob, smoke extractor, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, capsule coffee machine, kettle and kitchenware (dishes, cutlery, pans, pots ...). The apartment has a comfortable bathroom with a shower. It has exquisite furniture and decoration; as well as beds that guarantee a quality rest. All new, just released, to ensure maximum comfort for our guests. It is an efficient and responsible building with the environment. It has state of the art smart electric boilers to improve energy consumption, and has individual air conditioning units with hot / cold mode to maintain the perfect temperature at any time of year.
