Lovely Hotel
Hotel lovely and views spectacular especially in the evening. Lola on reception was always very helpful with directions and obliged with loan of a phone charger

Shirt break away.
Was very pleased with the Hotel, the room was excellent, very clean and fantastic view from the balcony. Meal was very good at dinner and breakfast in morning had everything you would want. View from restaurant was one of best I have had from a hotel.

Fabulous location right by the sea. Small comfortable hotel , good food. One tiny complaint, no jam, marmalade or honey at breakfast. Would return, as a single traveller I felt safe.

Mediocre unfortunately !
Hotel in need of modernisation, but clean regardless. Shocked the bar closes at 6pm on a Sunday when two members of staff sat chatting in an office nearby.

Air conditioning was not good. Very weak and room stayed warm. Pillows are tiny and not full size. Otherwise nice hotel. Pool is very nice but needs better access to drinks and foos.

Property is a bit dated, lift was a concern door hardly shut and it was moving ! There was an odour throughout the hotel probably caused by overwhelmed drains but it was quite nauseating, air con was not working was hoping the would cleanse the air food in restaurant and staff were brilliant

Pretty nice and very 80/90’s Hotel.
Spanish warm style. Could do with a makeover. Cozy bar and nice views. Ok breakfast. Every sound went through the walls at night. Not very centrally located.

Lovely hotel for 3 star.
Lovely hotel and very good for a 3 star. The balcony had a fabulous view of the Mediterranean. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The room was cleaned well every day. Pool area comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel.
Lovely hotel for a 3 star. The balcony view of the Mediterranean was perfect. Very nice helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant had the lovely view again. Would certainly stay there again. shops and restaurants short walk.

Nice location overlooking the sea but needs refurb
The hotel has a lovely view overlooking the sea with a nice large pool area. Our room was comfortable with good facilities including a kettle, fridge, air-conditioning and TV although walls are very thin and you could hear people in the rooms next door. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, the hotel needs a complete facelift!! It is stuck in the past with bad depressing lighting and brown furniture well past its sell-by date!! The rooms are comfortable but the brown needs to go!! The dining room, which has a beautiful view overlooking the sea, desperately needs a reburb and enter the 21st century!! Even the pool area, which could be lovely, needs a bit of TLC - trees need to be trimmed down and a bar service could be offered - there is a closed cabin which apparently used to be a bar - in high season, I really think it would benefit hotel profits to be kept open!! Saves people from having to up the steps and go inside the hotel to order drinks or bring them from outside!! The beach and rocky coves are literally opposite the hotel, but there are no steps to go down and you have to walk a good 10 minutes along the road to get there. There are a few steps from the pool area, but then they stop and unless you have brought hiking boots, then I wouldn't attempt the walk. Sofas in the communal areas were shabby and the quality of breakfast items could be greatly improved. With a complete refurb and additions to services, this hotel could be 4 star!!

Great location by the sea, very friendly and efficient staff.this hotel is classed as a 4 star, but the furniture is a bit dated , it does however at to the charm of the property . We didn’t have lunch or dinner at the hotel , but we prepaid for the buffet breakfast and we would definitely stay there again . We recommend guests at this hotel to definitely pre-pay for the breakfast , you’ll be impressed,

First time at this hotel traditionally Spanish. The bathrooms need modernising. Very comfy bed with clean linen change mid week. Restaurant excellent over looking the sea like being on board a ship. Good food but could be a little hotter. Staff friendly and very helpful. Will fefinenstely come again.

Very good hotel if slightly out of the way
This is an excellent hotel with a lovely pool area and outside seating. It has a nice restaurant with a panoramic sea view. Its only disadvantage is that it is around 30 minutes walk from both La Mata and Torrevieja centre (although there is a bus to both which is frequent and runs until late.) There are five restaurants within about a 10 minute walk. If you are going to hire a car and be out and about, or just want to relax by the pool, this is a great place to choose. If you want loads to explore on your doorstep, perhaps not.

Room and surrounding are nice, a little bit dated but clean and friendly. Breakfast was good but evening meal menu and service was poor."we didn't get our wine that was ordered before the mealt till after we had finished our meal". That was the only time we eat at the Hotel.

Just right.for us
Used the hotel as somewhere to stay while visiting family (in hospital). Very convenient to get to, easy parking, good room, good breakfast and friendly staff. Only negative - the walls are very thin and we could hear everything in the room next door.... They seemed to go to sleep very late and get up very early.

We stayed here for one night while visiting relatives for a surprise birthday party. The hotel is ideally situated overlooking the sea and the restaurant boasts amazing views. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel staff were very pleasant. We requested an iron but were told that there were no housekeepers present after 4pm and so we wouldn't be able to have one. I thought this was a bit unreasonable because we couldn't actually check in till 4pm.

main areas were lovely , rooms were dated, bed was hard , and walls very thin , Lovely dinning room with beautiful view of sea . Food was ok , a fantastic coffee machine, I wanted to take it home . Staff were very nice , I would stay here again , bus stop into town at door very handy
