We have rooms which have been reformed with parquet instead of carpet so please ask for one next time you visit us. In reference to your comments regarding the transport we would like to let you know that we have a transfer to go to Alicante City or San Juan Beach every day for only 10 euros per person both ways. We take note your comments about food, we have the plates hot and also the food, we take note of the temperature every service several times and we regret if it was not warm enough. Dear John, Thanks a lot to share your opinion. We are very sorry not to have double bed available, also not to let you have a late check out because the hotel is full every day. We also would like to say you sorry if they did not serve a glass of wine in the meal, I would have liked that you let this one know in the reception, for sure a responsable on duty would have talk to you. Concerning the check-in we have to let you know that because the high occupancy we had to give the rooms between 12:00 and 16:00 which is the normal time for the check-in. If our guest arrive in the morning and the room is not really we always offer a cortesy room and I hope they offered you. Sorry for all this troubles and hope you change your mind and visit us again. We really regret to be far from the city, as you mention we are a golf hotel and we are 30 minutes far away from the city. We would like to let know to future guest that we have a transfer which go to the city every morning for only 10 euros per person both ways. Hope it can be useful for people who decides to go to San Juan Beach or Alicante during the staying in our hotel. We regret that during month of May we have a lot of "communion" and we have a lot for guest who come to celebrate it in our hotel.
