I stayed here 4 years ago and I liked it that’s why I stayed here again. Found the rooms needing an uplift took 3 days to have someone fix the security lock. Never did get the air condition if fixed. We’re not customer service friendly It’s too bad as it’s a nice property and close to everything

Good value stay

Really good value for money. Only criticism would be that they closed the pool bar for a private function all day so had a long walk up to reception to get a drink or use toilet Room was immaculate and lovely views Is situated within a residential area but tram to Alicante is ideal.

Furniture needs tlc, some furniture threadbare. Electricity in 1st bedroom was dangerous and faulty. Wiring joined to bedside light [ room 214] with insulating tape where the on/off switch should have been located. Bar staff inexperienced. Service very very slow. A charge of €12 to indoor pool. The poolside bar had a charge of €25 per head for lunch on arrival because there was a private birthday party on.
