This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. It is close to the tram line and a wonderful beach. The hotel has a wonderful pool but it would benefit from being heated, especially in the colder months. We went full board on this occasion but the lunch offering took a long time for service. Apart from that, the breakfast and dinner buffets were good. If booking, opt for a room with a terrace as this has a pool side view. I didn't know this and we were located in the older section of the hotel.

1-No duvet cover STILL 2-Mattress cover was AGAIN dirty 3-Couverture was dirty/old 4-Sauna is very dangerous as no one checks if you are stuck in it so I did not close the door. One man came up to me asking if I had found his ear phone and then asked me if I needed company ?!!! Was he a guest or an intruder ?! I told them about the sauna but no doubt NOTHING will be done. 5-Food is ALL frozen from veggies to bread. Coffee machine - don’t use as the water taste awful. I like the fruits only mainly. Salad was once not clean and I had to tell them. 6-TAP Water in the room you can’t drink it and it probably damages my hair. 7-ROOM not facing south is only good for a few hours. Need the Sun ! 8-Did NOT sleep well as AGAIN plenty of noise from I guess the cleaning team moving chairs and beds. GOT woken up too in the MIDDLE of the night by hearing security on the floor talking.

Very nice hotel with amzing decor and very clean! Easy to get to if you can navigate the tram and just a short walk away from the tram stop and a short walk to a lovely beach! The food was absolutely wonderful and helpful and friendly staff! Would defintely stay here again!

Escape to Alicante
The Hotel is well maintained, and clean, and has two pools, a good restaurant, and Bar Service. The hotel is clearly divided into the new and old sections, the new section has balconies and the old does not, We stayed in the old, the rooms are pretty spacious and had a small frigobar. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to Playa San Juan, a nice and clean sandy beach with lots of restaurants and Tapa's bars. The hotel is very easy to reach from the airport and or the City Centre, the 21 Playa San Juan to City Centre bus stop is just outside the hotel's back door.

Despite cleanliness of the room, it was a bit small and the set up was a disapointment. The basin was in the room, shower box was seperate from the toilet (no privacy) and the toilet was like a dog house (very small).

Comfortable, Clean and Friendly...
During our family's Easter holiday break, we stayed at Hotel Port Alicante City & Beach. The room was immaculately clean, and although there was a delay in receiving our bath towels, a quick chat with reception resolved the issue. The staff made every effort to communicate with us in English, with one even using her mobile phone to translate and avoid any misunderstandings. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and my son slept well on the large sofa bed. We had access to fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and there were two pools. However, when we found the main pool too cold for our kids, the receptionist suggested we try the rooftop pool, which turned out to be warmer and made the kids very happy. While the overall experience was positive, I recommend that Hotel Port Alicante City & Beach management speak to the breakfast staff, particularly the women who cook the eggs and pancakes. They appeared unhappy and lacked a friendly demeanour. When I requested well-cooked eggs due to my dietary restrictions, I received a lousy look instead of a reply. They seemed to avoid any communication. However, I would like to thank Jose and Sandra, who were friendly and talkative at the night bar. Another lady at the bar even went above and beyond by recommending the best place to eat paella from her personal list. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Port Alicante City & Beach and would not hesitate to return in the future.

Really elegant place!
The hotel looks amazing from the outside - elegant and well lit. The pool area is very pleasant well kept plants and garden. breakfast was very decent. The room with terrace was comfortable and we resally enjoyed our stay. Only thing is a little walk to the beach or restaurants but otherwise No complaints!

Excellente expérience. Juste dommage que l’on ait retrouvé la porte de notre chambre grande ouverte en fin de journée, après le passage de la femme de ménage. Mais Hotel très propre, personnel très agréable et disponible. À recommander!

L hotel est super beau Bcp de place dans la chambre Personnel super sympa Le pt dejeuner buffet est top ainsi que le repas du soir On n avait pas pris demi pension mais on a fi i.par manger la tellement c etait bon On reviendra sans reflechir

Stayed 5 nights. Nice hotel, what you see on photo is what you get. Only negative is location. A bit off, 10 minutes walk ringte beach, tram/bus to city center. But easy solvarme.
