hotel lovely bit far out and up steep hill but bus only down road. good if you like walking we walked into Benidorm every night loads of bars and places to eat. didn't use travel cot we put sofa beds together. went self catering can buy food over bar but they do get orders mixed up as to whether you want toasted or not. shop on site. brilliant for kids pool lovely. only issue I had was having to ask for towels and bedding to be changed. the 30 euro per stay is per person that's for breakages even tho its mainly familys . has entertainment on most night and karaoke also pool games kids club. hotel quiet at night due to not been. in centre... I would take family here again

Great hotel, little far out though
2nd stay at the Terralta. Brilliant pool area, and great accommodation. It is up quite a steep hill, and about a 60 min stroll into the new town. Taxis cost about 12 euro into town. Nice a relaxing place.

Nice quiet hotel
Loved this hotel although it is very quiet where it is. No bars cafes or eateries close by. Staff fabulous, shop on site really cheap and well stocked. Indoor pool lovely and warm.

Great accommodation but had to walk 15-20 uphill from the beach so would not be suitable for anyone disabled or if you couldnt walk very far

Shame about the hill
Lovely place enjoyed every minute. Hill coming back up was a bit hard. But taxi was cheap. Rooms clean and showers were Lovely. Enjoyed every day

It is a really nice hotel but a few things let it down for me, I must say after reading the reviews this hotel did not meet my expectations. We only had the towels changed twice in the whole week we stayed The beds are so uncomfortable we slept on the sofa (not much better) The majority of bar staff are un-believably miserable and rude Although we were all inclusive we had to pay for pool/table tennis etc, and there is no free wi-fi On a plus, the drinks and food were nice, and there were a few members of staff that were helpful and pleasant On a whole I probably wouldnt recommend this hotel

Great hotel, worth paying extra for all inclusive
Really nice hotel, perfect for families with young children. We travelled in a group of 24 people ages ranged from 1yr-40yr old and there was plenty to keep all entertained. Definitely worth paying for all inclusive as the food was great, and basically on throughout the day. 10mins walk down to the old town or a short taxi ride costing around €10. Hotel staff great. Would definitely return here.

Brilliant hotel overall ,the pool was fantastic also we enjoyed the bar ,mini market and games room downstairs.The only problem we found for us being a young couple it was very far from the new town for the night-life and ended up paying taxis most evenings down and back up which cost us 9 Euros down and 9 Euros back.We also did walk some evenings if we weren't going out but it is about a 40 minute walk.There is also a steep hill up to the hotel and can be very exhausting in Spanish weather.This hotel was lovely but next time I would stay somewhere closer to the new town.Perfect for families.

Been coming to the Teralta for some years now,we find the staff very pleasant and obliging.Interior of apartments need refurbishing now,the one we stayed in had a permanent smell of cigarettes .The Teralta is perfect for family's and couples.

Quick Break
Used the apartment as a base while looking for properties around the Alicante region. The hotel was clean, rooms where clean, tidy and a good size. 15min walk from beach and shops in Benidorm, but coming back is all up hill, didn't bother us but reception staff will book a taxi if needed and also there is a bus service near by.

Arrived with partner and 2 year old son from time of arrival the staff were first class quick check in our apartment was in block 4 2nd floor overlooking the pool apartment was spot less lifts at each block because of time of year outdoor pool was very cold there is an indoor pool suitable for kids accompanied by adults as its deep there is a shop for basics on site but a supermarket at bottom of hill for all fresh items 2 things i would have a fault although one being minor the first is the cost of wifi 20 euros a week but it only covers 1 device so if there are 2 travelling it will cost you 40 euros there is no free wifi anywhere in complex maybe something for owners to look into the second was the entertainment which to the fellow was great for kids but always ended in some reason with karaoke is just not for me but all in all a great place to stay

Fabulous apartments/hotel
I was a little hesitant going here after reading some reviews about the steep hill but I can honestly say unless you have a physical disability then this hill is nothing to worry about. Yes pushing a buggy up here may be hard work but you would soon burn off all the extra food and drink you have when on holiday. There are 2 ways to get to the apartments - the hard way straight up Nicuragua Ave by the side of a Burger King which is steep! Then there is the gentle incline which is left at the corner bar which has a massive football on the roof! There are 2 pools - one a fun pool and the other one is slightly enclosed round the back by the garden and is for adults only! Sheer bliss! The location is good - 10 mins walk and you are in the old town. Another 10 gets you to Central and a further 10 to the new town. We stayed in the old and central and had a variety of nights. Spanish and English! Atmosphere was great in both - albeit totally different! Benidorm - we loved you & will be back.

Super lejlighed og hotel!
Gos service og billig bar, samt butikken på hotellet havde yderst rimelige priser og et glimrende udvalg. Vil klart anbefale dette til alle der skal til Benidorm!

Rigtigt godt til prisen
April og en billig uge i Benidorm, valgte Terralta pga. pris og anmeldelser, og bortset fra at indretningen lignede det værste fra 80'erne og sengene var adskilte og gled på gulvet, så var rummet, maden, stedet og især den venlige service på eller over forventningerne. Hvis man er et par som glæder sig til den opvarmede indendørs pool, så sørg for at komme mellem Maj og Oktober hvor børn ikke har adgang, og husk på at vejen til byens centrum er nedad bakke, og altså opad når man skal hjem. Vi havde et fint ophold og maden var lidt bedre end forventet, og om aftenen indgik vin, sodavand og øl ad libitum.

Alles was goed behalve de matrassen. Hebben uiteindelijk de matrassen van de slaapbank in bed gelegd. Verder alles prima. Grote kamers. Buffet was prima. Waar voor je geld!

Vi har nå besøkt hotellet 4 ganger på ca 1.5 år. Vi har vært svert fornøyd men på tidligere anmelderser bemerkek at kjøkenet ikke var tilfredstillende. Men de har nå fått ny kjøkkenskjef å det var en merkbar forbedring,

Das Appartment war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Küchenausstattung mit einem zusätzlichem Toaster und Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion sehr gut. Leider sind Reinigungsutensilien wie Schwamm, Spülmittel und Geschirrhandtuch nicht im Preis inklusive. Und wegen einmal kochen alles morgens vor der Abreise kaufen (man prüft es ja nicht vorab) macht wenig Sinn. Also die bereitgestellten stoffservierten als Geschirrhandtuch genutzt. Geht auch. Alles in allem würden wir wieder hin gehen, jedoch dann einen Schwamm, Spülmittel und etwas Salz zum kochen mitbringen.

Udmerket bo sted.
Hotelet var udmerket med mange fasiliteter. Men vi ble skuffet over kjøkkenet. Vi prøvde to ganger å spise middag men både kjøtt og fisk var oversteikt og veldig tørt, grønnsakene var vassen.

Lugnt och fint. Perfekt för äldre.
Pigga och glada gäster som verkar trivas med både boende och varandra. Bekvämt, en smula sterilt, men inte värre än att en fruktskål och blommor hjälpte. Butiken endast öppen 9-13. Pool med varmt vatten en höjdare. Perfekt morgonövning för osmorda och stela kroppar.

Nice pools and playground for children. Spacious room with good kitchen. Very helpful and friendly reception personal. The room has ac but no heat so it could be cold when temp is dropping and no sun. Very irritating to not have free Wifi. I rather pay more for the room. I had to pay 12 euro for 48 hours, not much but it drives me crazy to spend valuable vacation time to loggin with complicated username and password every time I would like to check some mail or my son like to see something....And to be forced to pay 30 euro in cash just to assure if i brake something is irritating.. But the biggest mistake regarding service that complicated for us was that you arrive at 2.00pm after a long taxi/bus/taxi trip for more then 4 hour and is very thirsty and hungry but no restaurant is open, the minimarkt is closed. You have a fully kitchen but no food or drink... No vending machine beside one for cigarettes. Me and my son was in really need for a bottle of water and something to eat. A snickers or whatever with some water could saved the situation temporarily. We were forced to take a taxi away to get something to eat and drink! It is only 20-30 min to walk away and back but for hungry and thirsty children it is no option. Please put a vending machine in the reception...or be able to provide some simple food and water during the days between check-in and until 4.00 pm. But still a good place to stay in general. One star rating is just stupid. It is a normal 3 star hotel.
