My room was in the first floor and there was a wedding party at the ground floor, so the sound of the DJ music was noisy and we couldn’t sleep quickly. There was a leaking in the bathroom and there was only 2 towels. I requested a crib for my baby and they didn’t have.

Showing age and not worth the money
The hotel is showing age. The room was clean, but things needed to be replaced. There were marks on much of the furniture. The carpet was quite dirty. The dining menu was ripped. The AC smelt moldy. The bathroom was small and did not have a closed shower. Check-in took too long and they did not have any key cards to give me, so they had the door opened for me, and I was left without a card. I had to call down many times to get one. The wifi did not work at all in the bedroom, but worked in the sitting room. The breakfast was poor. It was nothing like breakfasts at other hotels and included a couple dinner dishes, likely from the night before. Honestly, this would all be fine if the price matched the condition. I stayed at 2 hotels during this trip, and this one was more expensive and much worse. I would not stay here again. One plus: it had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

Changed my room 2 times
I changed my room 2 times in one night. Once because of the noise without control from the staff. Then they changed my room to another floor where there were constructions. I can not believe it. Then finally managed to give a better suite to absorb the situation. Unfortunately this hotel was much better before and now getting worse.

Zero hospitality
I reached the hotel at 11:30PM and the reception said you have no booking with us, he called the reservation manager (where he operates from home!!) and he refused even to talk to me. Expedia local agent called as well and faces the same with no help. After spending maybe 1 hour trying to show my booking only but no body listen, then I moved to another hotel. However, i surprised for the kind of dealing with customers !!!!
