### Holiday Home 'Palmera' with Mountain Views, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The holiday home Villa Palmera, with step-free access in Pinos de Alhaurín, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with mountain views. The 235 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus 3 additional toilets, and can accommodate up to 12 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, fan, washing machine, beach/pool towels, as well as books and toys for children. You will also find a private gym and gym equipment for your enjoyment, and there are 2 cots available. The property features a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, 2 open terraces and a barbecue.  
  
Public transport links are within walking distance. Out of respect for the neighbours, you are asked to keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 pm. There are 2 parking spaces available in the garage. Pets and smoking are not allowed on the property. In addition, the property offers a parking area for motorcycles and bicycles. Part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels. The property has a convenient self check-in system.  
  
Additional rule: The booking price covers only the guests indicated in the reservation; visits from non-registered persons must be notified and authorised in advance, are only allowed during the day (no overnight stays), and are subject to an additional fee. The total maximum occupancy of the property (registered guests plus visitors) cannot exceed 20 people. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
