You're close to a grocery store, gas station, restaurants and downtown/boardwalk! You're on a canal that leads to the North Channel, Lake St. Clair, the St. Clair River. The St Clair Flats, the largest fresh water delta in the World, is amazing and give Algonac it's nickname "Venice of the new world". You can fish from the boardwalk or the backyard! We have a 22 foot pontoon for your use and 4 kayaks. Launch sites- a DNR and a free city boat launch within a 1/4 mile. You are welcome to bring your pet after approval (must be caged or on a leash or chain when outside- local ordinance demands it) It's quiet and a laid back small town right on the Canadian border. It's 480.00 A NIGHT WITH THE PONTOON BOAT OR 330\. 00 WITHOUT! DO AN INQUIRY IF YOU DO NOT NEED THE PONTOON AND THE PRICE WILL BE ADJUSTED BY US....VRBO DOESN"T. The house was remodeled 2 years ago. Lot size is 495' x 45', you have lots of parking. And you have 35 feet in the canal to park your boat. We have a shed with extra life jackets, flotation mat tube, yard toys.
