Dear Julie we are so sorry that you did not had a terrific stay in our beach..... most of our guests enjoy it very much as you can read in other reviews.Our beach this year was a little smaller than the photo in the website due to sea currents that can change the appereance of the beach, larger or smaller than what appears in photos anyway by following us in social medias guests can have a real time picture of it.Hope that anyway you enjoyed our private beach, few meters from the marine protected area of Porto Conte capocaccia with lots of underwater fauna to discover and enjoy :)

Dear Guests, Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review. We are sorry but it's not clear what you mean with the lack of amenities of our Hotel and the lack of personal touch of our staff. We are really pleased that you appreciated the beauty and uniqueness of our beach and sea, which have always been the main strengths of our Hotel. The spots on the beach, beach umbrellas and sunbeds, are assigned on arrival and are kept reserved for the entire guests' stay in order to guarantee them a peaceful vacation without having the rush and the struggle to find or look for a new position everyday. That’s the reason why you saw some chairs on the beach who seemed to be available but they were already assigned and reserved to other guests no matter if they were not present. We can absolutely confirm that our staff doesn’t take any tip or bribe to assign any place on the beach but they work hard everyday to meet and satisfy the customers needs. Moreover we are very disappointed that the day of your check in you've expected a free upgrade from a booking flexible to a sea view room, also we remind you our bather assistant has given you the possibility to choose the umbrella place in our exclusive r private beach,considering this year the umbrella place on the beach are reserved for the full stay for each guest due to some services have been remodeled to protect your health, making your holiday peaceful and relaxing. we can reassure you that our employees are highly-trained, attentive individuals that strive to meet the needs of our guests at all times. By the other hand, we respect all European health and safety guidelines, inspections and procedures as four star Hotel with have several certificates as : Iqwt management system; Cersist; Csqua (refer to quality of hotel and restaurants); Accredi; Safe Hospitality; Ospitalità Italiana with more than 60 years of Experience. Concerning the location of our hotel, it is situated by the sea-front with 3000mt of natural park, just 8 km from the centre of Alghero city and just 7 km from Alghero's airport. Furthermore, we would like to assure you that our facilities are taken care of and cleaned regularly in alignment with our strict cleaning protocol. We are sorry not to have met your expectations. A disappointed guest leads us to reflect on each step that led him to relate to us. Something went wrong with you and we apologize. You had an offer that included facility credits, a pity you didn't take advantage of it. Although the stay was short Mauro with the nautical team is always available to rent windsurfing, canoes, pedal boats, SUP and dinghy and the Panorama restaurant with sea view has rather wide opening hours. We are reviewing the communication of your offer so that it is clear to the guest how to proceed to benefit from its on-site benefits. As for breakfast, in the COVID era, we preferred to offer table service instead of a served buffet, this to leave guests more comfortable and safe by avoiding gatherings. I'm sorry if the wait has been long. It shouldn't have happened. I apologize if I have not found the opportunity to meet you personally, it would have made me very happy.
