Consisting of double bedroom, dining room with kitchen and single sofa bed, and private bathroom. Large outdoor garden with parking space and gazebo. Ideal for couples even with child or three adults who could find the bed on the sofa bed in the dining room. The apartment is located in a villa where the owners also reside, in the villa there are various apartments, next to the apartment in the basement there is another identical private apartment always in the basement. The two apartments in the basement are accessed via the same staircase. Also in the villas there is another ground floor apartment rented to tourists, with whom you will share the garden and access to the property takes place through the same gate. The owners' garden is separated from the fence and the owners happen to their part of the garden through another gate. The owners in their garden have a dog named Axel, if you want you can get to know him.
