Cozy 70 sqm apartment located on the first floor of a 5-storey building, equipped with a lift but with stairs to access, able to accommodate up to 4 people.  
  
The property is located a stone's throw from the Via Lido seafront and the beach and 500m from the Port of Alghero. The area is served by all the main services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies.  
  
The accommodation consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea.

The internal space is organized as follows:  
  
\- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, 35" TV, dining table with chairs, split A/C, access to the terrace;  
  
\- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, moka, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils;  
  
\- BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers, split A/C;  
  
\- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine;  
  
\- TERRACE with sea view, furnished with dining table and chairs and outdoor awning.  
  
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, heating provided ONLY via split A/C, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send infos to the police service "Alloggiati Web" wich is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).  
  
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26 ºC for all types of buildings.  
  
Winter: The weighted average air temperature should not exceed 19 ºC. The ignition period and the daily ignition time depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.  
  
Alghero Climatic Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March.  
  
N.B. complete the registration and pay the Tourist Tax is REQUIRED to receive the instructions and access the apartment.  
  
We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 10 pm.  
  
This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.  
  
In case of not agreed use of extra linen, € 20 will be charged for each used linen kit.  
  
The accommodation is located in a strategic position, on the seafront, between the historic center of the city (reachable on foot with a pleasant walk in about 22 minutes) and the beaches. The beach of Lido di Alghero, however, is located in front of the apartment.  
  
The property is located in an area served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.  
  
Alghero station is only a 10-minute walk from the property, able to connect the tourist city to the city of Sassari.  
  
Alghero is the most characteristic tourist center on the western coast of Northern Sardinia, characterized by solitary inlets and small bays with white sandy beaches on an emerald green sea.  
  
The city beach is the beach of Lido San Giovanni but to reach all the other numerous beaches you have to head towards the hamlet of Fertilia, where the beautiful dunes of Maria Pia are located.  
  
Continuing further north towards Porto Conte, you can reach the Bombarde beach and the Lazzaretto beach, the latter characterized by the famous tower and the beautiful coves with crystal clear water.

\- Tourist port: 10 minutes on foot;  
  
\- San Giovanni beach: 2 minutes on foot;  
  
\- La Baia dei Venti: 22 minutes on foot.

\- Alguer Caffè Bar: 2 minutes on foot;  
  
\- CONAD (supermarket): 4 minutes on foot;  
  
\- Farmalido (pharmacy): 10 minutes on foot.  
  
\- From Alghero Airport, you can reach the apartment by bus (line 9312 or ALFA line), to the "Alghero Via Don Minzoni" stop, just 2 minutes walk from the apartment;  
  
\- From Alghero station, you can reach the property in just 10 minutes on foot;  
  
\- For those traveling by car, you can park for free at the parking lot in Via Azuni, 5 minutes walk from the accommodation (NOT guaranteed).
