Very dated feels like 1980’s but still ok…as for breakfast….excellent 😀 Our room was very spacious complete with extractor fan noise from kitchen which passed by room 204 (0730 - 2300 hrs)🙁

Horrible old room with cracked shower tiles and no hot water. Balcony doors did not lock. Noise from casino patrons is so loud. Walls are thin - could hear neighbours cough. Bed too hard. So overpriced!!

The room was lovely very Spacious with a double Balcony However the shower in the Bath room took ten mins to warm up. I also didnt like the Juice at Breakfast it looked very nice but tasted like coloured water

Great location for the Marina, shops, cafes and bars and casino. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I have stayed at this property many times in the past and certainly will again in the future

had a very enjoyable stay. apartments very spacious and comfortable just a bit dated. staff very helpful and obliging. very near to marina, beach and town centre. some members of the group were upgraded to bigger apartments. would definitely stay there again

Excellent hotel. The room was huge, we wasn’t expecting so much room as there was only two of us. The decor was a little out dated but very clean. Breakfast was basic but nice. Very close to the marina which was perfect

Our first time in Vilamoura and enjoyed it very much. The hotel location was excellent, great view from our room (618) but I think most of the rooms would have a good view. All staff were very helpful, attentive & friendly. Must leave a special thank you to Savyata & Anil, they both looked after us (& everyone else) fantastically, nothing was any trouble. I must add that all the waiting on/dining room staff were a credit to your hotel, I personally do not think they get the praise they should. Along with the cleaners etc they are the backbone of the establishment. Every part of the hotel we used was very clean, amenities good but everything looks a little dated. Décor, furniture, sun loungers etc Overall, we really enjoyed our stay & would not hesitate to stay again & have recommended to friends and family.4 Thank you
