Villa Muriwai is a charming holiday home, perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and tranquility in Armação de Pera, with capacity for 8+1 guests. The living room is bright and welcoming, creating an ideal space for relaxing moments with direct access to the outdoor area. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, offering convenience and easy access to the main areas. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a bathtub and another bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed, providing space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing meals with ease, and has direct access to the outdoor area. Outside, the property features an inviting heatable pool (additional cost), a well-kept garden and an outdoor dining area with BBQ, perfect for relaxing under the sun. Located in a peaceful area of Armação de Pera, the villa is close to shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches, offering a perfect blend of serenity and convenience for a memorable holiday. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed. Elle est située dans un quartier calme avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Maison propre, sécurisée et bien entretenue. Piscine agréable et très bien entretenue. Tout s'est très bien passé. Mériterait peut être un vrai coin repas extérieur avec du meilleur mobilier de jardin, abrité du vent, avec vue sur la piscine. Cela serait un vrai plus ! It was cleaned weekly (incl. towels & bed linen). The pool and garden were maintained daily. We particularly liked the external barbecue house. The kitchen equipment is ok, but there were no kitchen towels. The quiet and yet quite central location of the villa is suitable for relaxation and as a starting point for excursions. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben sie in sehr sauberem Zustand vorgefunden. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Es gab genügend Wäsche, Handtücher und die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Darüberhinaus gab es ein Grillhäuschen, das wir gern genutzt haben. Wir hätten uns allerdings etwas breitere Betten gewünscht.
