"We had an absolutely terrific time! The staff was great! From the concierge Arturo, to the playmakers (especially Alle, Alejandra, Sexy Mami and Sexy Papi), to the great service we experienced from the wait staff at Sea Flirt and Flame Angel and Juan were attentive and friendly. The staff truly make an effort to make sure you're needs are met. "

"The property is beautiful. Pool is clean. Beach is lovely. Food and drinks were excellent. In saying all that the real gem of this property is the staff ! They are wonderful! So hardworking. They will bend over backwards to please you. The only thing I would complain about ( nothing to do with the property or the staff) is that there was a lot of kids. We kept to the adult area, but unfortunately, the adults area isn’t very big by the pool. We really wanted to go to Excellence ( Adults Only) next door but they were fully booked. And in saying all this, would I go back to Finest??? absolutely! I would just prepare myself for all the kids. "

"Everything was great except mattress was the old coil spring mattress, need to pocket coil foam encase. Had a hard time sleeping. "
