"Great spot for seeing wildlife out the window. We saw 2 kangaroos and a black snake.
The rooms aren’t very sound proofed so we could hear those in the room next to us showering and listening to music which is a shame as it’s so peaceful in the surrounding area. "
"The place was really cute and overall well appointed. Really needed a dish towel in the kitchen, or paper towels (something) so that I could dry the dishes that I used after washing. The yard itself was private and quiet and the space was well lighted with AC as needed. I would say the biggest issue when it comes to the space is the lack of communication from the host. There were no check in instructions, so I broke a nail trying to get into the unit that was listed as the address for the place. Ok. The host and told me I was in the wrong spot, so I went through the alley and found the correct place. I told her I would check the vrbo app to make sure that no check in instructions and directions were sent to me period I did, and let her know period I never heard back. I then never received to check out instructions, so I didn't know if I needed to take out the trash, clean the linens, etc. when I asked about it, I received no response. This was a bit stressful. Finally, the unit is listed on the app as having Wi-Fi, but when I checked in, I received a note on the kitchen counter saying that Wi-Fi was limited. I came here for work, and I definitely needed to use it, so I did, but it was definitely an unusual inclusion and I wish that that had been listed and identified in the listing itself. "
"We stayed in this house in 2020 during bush fire and fall in love with Mallacoota. House has been renovated with grate taste and love. Views from the lounge room, bedroom and balcony are breathtaking. Beds are very comfortable. Our friends came to Mallacoota first time and fall in love with it starting with house and views from it. Many thanks to owners to make our time in Mallacoota so pleasant "
"Overall experience is great, only the road to the house is exterme rough and hard to drive through, some deep steep slopes are really “Challenging”. The srrounding area is great and relaxed, house is clean and tiny. Just want to give a reminder: the toilet is non water flushing but dry compositing system, very envirmental friendly but may not be accepted by some people. Many wallabies jumping around in the evening and morning. "
