The Space:  
This small town is a perfect destination for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse themselves in the timeless charm of rural New England. Swan Song gets its name from its location along the tranquil shores of Swan Pond, surrounded by lush forests making it an ideal setting for swimming, kayaking, and all other manner of water-themed activities. Enjoy endless views along the banks of the water or up at the home’s spacious patio and upper-level deck, each offering quiet spaces for reflecting on the day’s activities, catching up with loved ones, and sipping on your morning coffee or a refreshing evening beverage.  
  
The home’s interior features soaring vaulted ceilings that sit atop a desirable open concept living space, with enough room for everyone to spread out and find their own corner of privacy. Communal spaces bring you back together to connect and unwind, such as the living room offering cozy sofa seating and a smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows and movies. An additional common room in the basement provides s a quieter setting for enjoying your preferred entertainment, with a comfortable futon and TV. Back upstairs, the well-equipped kitchen is ready to assist in all your culinary endeavors, with full-sized appliances and ample counter space and cabinetry for preparation and storage. Family meals are best enjoyed at the formal table with seating for 8, while 4 high-top stools at the counter are ideal for quick and casual bites before heading back out the door to adventure.  
  
But we’re not finished yet! If you prefer to keep your adrenaline pumping, head out to the garage-converted game room to find a ping pong table offering hours of competitive fun; loser has to make lunch! You’ll also find all the equipment needed to begin your adventures on the pond from paddleboards to kayaks and more.  
  
This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a full size sleeper sofa in the main level living room, and a full size futon in the basement.  
  
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.  
  
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a twin size bed, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Swan Song is conveniently located within 30 minutes of Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Portland, Scarborough, and Biddeford, each offering great shopping, restaurants, theaters, music venues, history, and museums.
