Bathroom: Bath, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Laundry room with washer/dryer (shared with other properties on-site). Grounds with garden furniture. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a lake in the grounds.. Grange Farm Park is a small picturesque, award winning, exclusive family owned and run holiday park set in the heart of tranquil countryside in Lincolnshire – often described as a ‘hidden gem’. Perfectly located where the coast meets the countryside; just a short drive from the blue-flag beaches of Mablethorpe and Skegness and a short drive to the Lincolnshire Wolds – An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  
  
Walnut is a two storey cottage with French doors which open out onto an idyllic courtyard. Walnut Cottage is a three bedroom property which can sleep up to eight. It has a modern open-plan kitchen, dining and living area which is perfect for family or friends gathering. The solid oak kitchen had everything you might need and much more. The family bathroom is located on the first floor with a bath, toilet and heated towel rail. Bedroom one is a spacious ground floor bedroom with a super kingsize bed and contains en-suite shower room. Bedroom two is on the first floor and boasts a generous sized bedroom with a double and single bed. Bedroom three, also on the first floor bedroom, has three generously sized single beds.  
  
As you exit the cottage, you will see that the laundry room is located in the middle of the courtyard, perfect for those staying for a long period of time or even those here for a short break and want to escape all of the washing when they get home! This cottage is dog friendly, so that no member of the family has to miss out on a relaxing break in the countryside. There is a restaurant on-site which offers Wi-Fi. Beach 3½ miles.
