It has a spacious king size ensuite bedroom with French doors leading to the balcony on the upper level and a large open plan Lounge with Dining area downstairs. It has a fully fitted Kitchen and an additional Toilet which is on ground floor level. All rooms have excellent loch views and are equipped with satellite TV, telephone and central heating.It has a large water side decked area with patio furniture and steps leading down to a barbeque on a private beach. Obviously, the views are incredible and the photographs in the listing, as good as they are, really don’t do it justice. The property is well distanced from other properties and feels private and well equipped for cooking at home. There are plenty of places to visit nearby but after touring all of both the east and west coast the best view is probably from the Heron cottage. After thinking long and hard about how to make this place even better, the only thing is to have a sieve for draining rice but that’s it... Perfection. ##### Joe B. Our stay was 1st class, we met Jim the owner on our first night and he was a proper gentleman bringing my partner a bottle of red the next day. Our time at the lodge looking out on the the mountains and Loch was so peaceful and tranquil. We even stayed at the lodge a couple of nights as it was so comphy and warm.
