Cute and cozy
My family was in town visiting and we rented this space to spend some time together. This house was very cozy and comfortable. There’s a beautiful backyard with seating, and a heated lamp so we were able to enjoy it even with the cold weather. The property owner was quick in answering all our questions. I definitely recommend staying with Justin!

Spotlessly clean, walkable safe neighborhood within blocks of lots of restaurants, close to the metro station. Attentive host!

Absolutely horrendous. Stay away
I decided to book the house for a small getaway and from the beginning it was okay I asked for an early check in and it was granted and I was happy and looked forward to the trip. We arrived check in was okay but the house was disappointing as it was smaller and older. The kitchen could barely fit more than 3 people. Doors couldn’t close. No bathroom in the living room so everyone had to share one upstairs or in the basement but the worst of the situation was when at check out the owner said that we moved the chairs around and scratched the flooring. We were subsequently charged additional $400 for that and i can trully say no one moved anything. As I frequently stay in air bnbs/ Vrbo rentals I genuinely try to take care of the houses as if it was my own and clean up after my self. We cleaned this house, washed dishes, took the trash out and swept the house only for the owner to charge us extra fees claiming that we damaged her floors and that they had to pay additional money to clean the house. Absolutely money grabber and would stay clear. If you don’t want to have to deal with that I’d stay clear of this property.

Beautiful and Cozy Property
This house is a perfect cozy spot in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very charming, clean, and has enough space for midsize groups. My group of 8 was a little snug on the property, but everything still worked out great. I wish the weather was warmer so we could enjoy the fantastic backyard space! Overall the stay was lovely, great house for a weekend getaway!
