Come relax in this clean air conditioned condo located in Alexandria Bay, on a small channel off of the St. Lawrence River. Your family will be comfortable with a customizable Select Comfort KING size bed in the master, along with two full bathrooms, a living room, TV den and loft with two queen beds. Enjoy the luxurious tile, granite counters and gas stove. Bicycles are provided for your enjoyment. The included boathouse can accommodate up to a 34 ft boat! The beautiful balcony overlooks the brand new marina in Carnegie bay, and comes equipped with a Weber grill and two zero gravity chairs to relax. Elevator on site. Boat not included, but you are welcome to bring your own or rent one. The space is comfortable, if slightly cramped in the bedrooms (the king bed is a great feature but the room is really too small for it) and the upstairs room is great, just beware the low ceilings, but the living space is great and it’s very nice to have the two levels. The outdoor space is tight as well (and buggy but that’s to be expected)— we were nervous to use the super comfy loungers bc they tended to hit the sliding door windows and the view is just OK but having private outdoor space is always a big plus and the boat garage can’t be beat if you are bringing your own boat.
