Walking distance to shops/food and scenic parks. Perfect for eclipse viewing and not overcrowded (although it is the "off-season" for tourists, so some places were still closed), but we expected that given the time of year. We had everything we needed for our stay and it was very clean and comfortable. Additionally, we very much enjoyed the locals we met who were very friendly and helpful. We loved our 2 night stay and would definitely stay there again. The only negative (small) is if you are serving meals to more than 2-3 people the high top table can be somewhat limited.
