WOW is what you will be saying when you enter this extravagant 3Br/4.5Ba home located in the River North area of Lake Martin. This stunning home sleeps 20 and has everything you could possibly dream of for a family vacation. With year-round water that is 20+ feet deep, 2 story dock for jumping and swimming, a sandy beach area, a covered boat slip, hot tub, Putt Golf Course, a kid-friendly swimming area, easy lake access with zero entry steps into the lake, lily pad, umbrella chairs, covered patio with gas fire pit and bed swing, office workspace, large kitchen with drip coffee pot and Keurig, and a charcoal grill! This home is a vacationer’s dream! Once you open the door to the home you will be amazed by its beauty and magnificent views! The spacious living room opens to a large kitchen with dining space on the island, a dining table overlooking the lake, or just outside on the covered patio. The Master bedroom is located on the main level of the home and features a king bed, a bathroom with a soaker tub, and a walk-in shower with a rain shower head. Be prepared to be amazed again by panoramic views when you venture to the second floor of the home. Once you reach the top of the stairs you will see an office workspace with a monitor that you can easily plug into your laptop and work while still enjoying the beauty of the lake. From there you will walk across the mezzanine and find a bunk area with 5 double beds, a TV, a guest bath, and a balcony. This area is perfect for kids of any age. This level also features a 2nd Master with a king bed more bunks, a soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom is just across the hall and includes a King bed, another set of bunk beds, and a private bath. A short ride for fuel at River North marina, minutes from Wind Creek, Bay Pines, and Peanut Point. There is only a 5-10 min drive to Alexander City shopping, a 35-mile drive to Jordan-Hare Stadium, and less than a 2-hour drive to Birmingham. The location couldn’t get any better! Don't miss out on this luxurious lakefront home that will leave you wanting more! PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. This place is very close to Highway 280 and conveniently located near shopping centers like Publix, Walmart, and more. The house itself is awesome, but it could use a bit of cleaning—there were quite a few spider webs and bugs inside. Parking is limited, but we were lucky the neighbor was very kind and let us park at her house.Overall, the stay was very good. The house is spacious, easily fits 20 people. It’s very modern, with built-in speakers throughout the house so you can enjoy music both indoors and outdoors. The back deck is super cool too! ##### Tam T.
