It would be great for a family with kids...they would love the lofts. The couch is extremely uncomfortable. HVAC units were difficult to adjust, we just ended up opening a window. Outside the tiny house looked rather trashy - dilapidated folded chairs around a makeshift fire pit, raggedy basketball goal, in the middle of a neighborhood of mobile homes. ##### Beaux G.
