« This was my first time staying in Philadelphia, so I was a little apprehensive about what to expect. Everything was perfect, the host took care of everything and was really nice. « We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

« This place was awesome for my family of 5. The downstairs has a bedroom on the main floor with a living room and kitchen and then the upstairs has an awesome living area with a futon and a bedroom. The upstairs gave the kiddos their own private space and allowed my wife and I to enjoy hanging out downstairs while the kids were in bed. I would definitely recommend this place and host was awesome at communication and helping answer questions as needed! »

« The only thing that I was not clear on was that the 2 bedrooms are up some pretty steep stairs. This home is a well renovated historic home so it wasn't a surprise. It was not a problem for us but we are older and you just need to know it. We were there for a family event and didn't take advantage of being downtown, the kitchen or the courtyard. It was very nice, comfortable and the garage was a plus. We would stay there again. »

The place is 100 years old at least but the interior has been remodeled and is modern in all areas with central heat, AC, a very modern kitchen, combo washer/dryer and all sorts of amenities.
