Designer villa in the Port of Alcúdia, located a few meters from the beach of Alcúdia. Very well equipped and furnished with everything necessary for a pleasant holiday, WIFI, air conditioning and garden with private pool of 2 x 5.5 meters. The villa, located next to Lake Mayor and also in the immediate vicinity of the area of ​​beaches, shops, restaurants, supermarkets ... are within walking distance of the house. Outside we find a porch equipped with garden furniture, a perfect area to dine "al fresco", next to the porch is the barbecue. The garden is very well kept and the pool area with artificial grass. The area is very easy to park. Distribution: On the ground floor we find a comfortable lounge surrounded by windows that open onto the pool and terrace. It has a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, internet. Next to the living room there is a double room of 150 x 190 cm with direct access to the pool. The kitchen is furnished and equipped with high quality fittings. At the entrance along with the stairs we find a toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed of 150 x 200 cm, with dressing room and bathroom en suite, a bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 cm, a bedroom with a single bed of 90 x 190 cm, and a bathroom with shower. Two of the rooms have beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. In the outdoor area we find the terrace with table and garden chairs, as well as a chaise longue in which to enjoy the summer evenings. Equipment and services: Pool, Internet Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, Air Conditioning, Barbecue, Fridge / Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Iron and Board, High Chair, Hair Dryer. Fully equipped with sheets and towels. Note 1\. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. Cette vue n'est pas vraiment génante mais les nuisances sonores dues à l'hotel (navettes incessantes et ballet des livraisons des 6h00) lui l'est beaucoup plus. C'était la seule note négative, le reste de la maison est OK et la plage situé à environ 400 métres est trés bien. Mais cette note négative est de taille! ##### Nicolas G. The outdoor area was amazing, with all 4 sides of the house available to relax or enjoy the shade or sun depending on time of day. Swimming pool was a nice size for cool down dips and perfect for a toddler learning how to swim. Nice temperature all day and the sun lasted until about 6.30pm on the poolside of the house. Joan the property agent was great. Messaged on WhatsApp to say hello and provide entry instructions as we were arriving late at night, answered questions quickly when we needed him to and just left us to it when we didn't need him. Great location in Alcudia, across the road from the beach (4 minutes walk) near to a lovely bakery/coffee shop and a good supermarket and a short walk from lots of good restaurants. Bus stops nearby for a quick and easy way to get into Port D'Alcudia, Alcudia Old Town or even Ca'n Picafort. ##### Darryl H.
