Finished with the highest level, fully air-conditioned and with extensive use of stylish elements, this villa will satisfy even the most demanding guests. The perfect location allows guests to enjoy the true Mallorca from a privileged perspective, surrounded by a pleasant and unique environment. Immerse yourself in the generous private pool, enjoy a barbecue or relax in the cool interiors, take a walk to one of the nearby coves: it will be a holiday to remember. Inside, Villa Paradise Bonaire can simply be described as stunning. Modern, sophisticated, attractive, but functional and bright. With warm wooden floors, air conditioning and custom-built furniture. Inside, the villa extends over 2 floors and is filled with natural light thanks to its modern architecture. On the ground floor, there is an impressive open living and dining room with an American kitchen. There are comfortable sofas, armchairs, satellite TV, music system, wifi, dining table for 6 and direct access to the outside. The kitchen itself, with state-of-the-art appliances, has 6 hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and all the essential utensils for a holiday with meal service. On this floor there is also an impressive double room (with glass doors leading directly to the pool terrace), another twin room and another bathroom with shower. A large staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a double room with its own balcony. In the exterior, gardens with Mediterranean shrubs surround the villa. The spacious terraces, beautifully furnished, are the perfect place to dine outdoors next to the pool. Villa Cielo's private pool of irregular shape measures 7m x 3m (depth ranging between 1.5m and 1.8m). Comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas are provided on the wooden decking surrounding the pool. Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM Welcome to Villa Paradise Bonaire, for a holiday with something more! Information to take into account: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied. The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests. \*IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 2026 - We would like to inform you that several updates are planned for the property: The wood decking around the pool will be replaced with tiles. A new bathroom will be built on the upper floor (this space does not currently exist). The bathtub in one of the existing bathrooms will be removed. Oct 10, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy Leider haben wir das Ferienhaus dreckig vorgefunden, der Boden war im ganzen Haus nicht sauber, die Küchen- und Badoberflächen klebten und die Schrankoberflächen waren verschmiert. Die Fenster könnten ebenfalls eine Reinigung vertragen. Auf Grund des Naturschutzgebietes gibt es viele Mücken, die Vormieter haben diese getötet und wir konnten die toten Tiere an Türrahmen, Wänden, dreckigen Gardinen und Fenstern vorfinden. Es sind Moskitonetze da, jedoch keine Halterung, damit diese genutzt werden könnten. Die Fenster und Balkontüren haben keine Fliegengitter und so war das Lüften eine Herausforderung. Die Wände bräuchten durch die vielen toten Mücken einen Anstrich.Leider ist das Objekt in die Jahre gekommen und so gingen manche Fensterläden wegen kaputter Griffe nicht auf. Die Dusche im größeren Bad konnte nicht geschlossen werden, da die einzelnen Abtrennungsteile nicht mehr in der Führung sind. Die Küche ist sehr sporadisch eingerichtet, es fehlt z.Bsp. an einem spitzen MesserDer Außenbereich ist mit Holz beblankt. Eine Planke ist herausgebrochen, andere sind sehr locker und instabil und ebenfalls war der Außenbereich nicht sauber. Es sah so aus, als wäre jemand mit dreckigen Schuhen über die nasse Fläche gelaufen. Der Sonnenschutz war ebenfalls dreckig und kaputt. Für das Tor des PKW Stellplatzes auf dem Gelände hatten wir keinen passenden Schlüssel. Die Nachfrage nach diesem blieb ergebnislos. Perdimos nuestra actividad reservada por esperar a que un cerrajero cambiase la cerradura, sin recibir compensacion alguna.En la piscina las maderas se encuentran levantadas, habiendo tenido un grave accidente con una de ellas, lo que supuso la perdida de un diente y por ende la perdida de la siguiente actividad para ir a un odontologo de urgencia desplazandonos al centro de Mallorca a una hora para arreglar el diente. Una de las duchas tenia la mampara rota por lo que tuvimos que ducharnos todos en la misma. En cuanto a limpieza, deja mucho que desear y los mosquitos son una pesadilla, aunque te dejan toallitas repelentes porque ya conocen la situación. Las almohadas estaban bien y la piscina estaba limpia. Te dejan una bolsa y algunos utensilios para pasar los primeros dias.El coste del aire depende del horario y cuando llegamos ya estaba encendido y fuera de hora. ##### Laura M. Las fotos que aparecen en el anuncio son de cuando se estrenó la casa y no se ha conservado en el mismo estado. Cuenta con jacuzzi interior y exterior, pero no se permite su uso. Abgeschiedenheit, Sehr sauber, Tolle Küche, Tolle Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten. Sehr gutgehende Klimaanlage. Sehr ruhige Lage. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe. Das tolle Bad konnte die ersten 3 Tage nicht genutzt werden, da der Abfluss nicht repariert wurde. Das Internet war extrem langsam. Der Pool sollte renoviert und repariert werden.
