Only a few properties on the island can boast the sunset that can be enjoyed on the terrace surrounded by pine trees that we find next to the entrance. And not just the sunset, from breakfast to dinner, in a quiet area where you can enjoy with your family or friends the calm that the sea and its surroundings transmit. Equipped with all the amenities such as swimming pool, air conditioning, internet, ping-pong table, BBQ, surrounded by nature and just 10/15 minutes walk from Alcudia. An ideal place to enjoy a quiet holiday in one of the best areas in the north of Mallorca. The property is located in an idyllic setting by the sea, it has four double bedrooms to accommodate up to eight people. The house is oriented to outdoor life and has several terrace areas around the house, in the back and to give more privacy there is a ping pong table, a hammock area, the pool and the barbecue. . On the side and front of the house there is terrace furniture to enjoy the wonderful views of the bay of Pollensa. The house reflects a clear Majorcan style with exposed beams, the main floor is governed by a spacious living room oriented to enjoy the sea breeze and the wonderful sea views, on both sides of the living room we find two double bedrooms with double beds ( 150x200cm) both with sea views, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and another room with 2 single beds (90x190cm). It also has two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. On the upper floor we have another double room with two single beds (190x190cm). A villa with privileged views by the sea, where you can enjoy a quiet vacation with family and friends. Comfort and Services: Satellite TV, air conditioning, wifi, kettle, barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, ping pong table. Property equipped with bedding and towels. Note 1\. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. The water was so warm in Aug the pool was pleasantly refreshing. We didn’t venture far from Alcudia suiting our week as the old town, Port & Bay gave us plenty to do - we ate out most evenings thanks to recommendations from the agents that are responsible for the villa - Peter was brilliant with his advice & prompt communication. Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Alessandro M. 1 août 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Entspannt direkt am Meer Nach der Anfahrt mit dem Auto über den Sandstrand (!) mit Vertreiben allfälliger Badegäste und einer sehr engen Einfahrt ins Grundstück ist das Anwesen ideal für entspannte Ferien. Direkt am flach abfallenden Sandstrand (mit vielen Algen, die auf dem Sand werden aber regelmässig mit Traktoren entfernt). Kleiner Pool, indem man stehen kann (ideal für kleine bis mittelgrosse Kinder). 4 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlagen, Küche mit eher wenig Ausrüstung (aber absolut ausreichend). Zwei kleine, einfache, alte Nasszellen mit KAUM WASSERDRUCK (aus der Dusche tröpfelt es mehr als es fliesst). Mehrfach pro Woche Schallt am Abend störend die Abendunterhaltung des Nachbarhotels, dann ab 22:15 Uhr kehr Ruhe ein. Wir vermissten die Möglichkeit, auswärts Essen zu gehen (mit Auto innert weniger Minuten kein Problem, zu Fuss ist nur ein britishes Pub mit unendlich öligen Pommes erreichbar). Sehr gutes WiFi. Insgesamt fanden wir den Urlaub hier aber sehr entspannt und wunderbar, wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Alessandro M. Terrasse direkt am Meer und zum Strand sind es 50m. Wir haben sogar unsere Liegen zum Strand tragen können. Lediglich die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind eher schlecht. Nach Alcudia sind es 20 min zu Fuss. Größere Einkäufe sind nur mit Auto bzw. Taxi möglich. Durch die nicht offizielle Zufahrtsstraße (lediglich ein Weg über den Strand), muss man sich auch darauf einstellen das nicht jeder Taxifahrer einen bis vor die Finca fährt.
