Here you will enjoy an authentic Mallorcan villa, built with local stone and designed for comfortable outdoor living. The villa is located in a quiet area, with easy access to the beaches and some of the island’s most charming towns, such as Pollença, Puerto de Pollença and Alcúdia. You will have free wifi throughout the house, ideal for staying connected during your holiday. On arrival, a gated driveway leads to private parking within the property. From the entrance you can access the house and also the rear outdoor area, where the pool and garden are located. On the ground floor, you will find a bright, modern living room with comfortable sofas—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Next to it, the dining area offers a table and chairs for sharing meals together. The traditional wooden kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you need to cook comfortably; it also opens directly onto the garden and terrace, with pleasant views over the pool and mountains. On this floor there is also a full bathroom with shower. On the first floor are the 4 bedrooms. The villa has 1 double bedroom with a fully equipped en-suite bathroom and shower, plus 3 twin bedrooms with two single beds each, all offering good storage space and views of either the mountains or the pool area. All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, air conditioning is on a timer from 21:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00\. If you wish, unlimited use is available for an additional supplement. Outside, the main highlight is the private pool, surrounded by lawn and a spacious garden, with a covered terrace that is perfect for outdoor dining or enjoying a quiet evening. From here you can plan your outings: the historic centre of Pollença with its market and restaurants, the port and beach of Puerto de Pollença for water sports, the lively walled old town of Alcúdia, or the crystal-clear coves of Cala Sant Vicenç. \* \* \* \* \* Cleaning service, pool towels and a welcome basket are provided free of charge with every booking. The tourist tax is included in the online price. With every confirmed booking, we provide you with a guide including local information and recommendations so you can make the most of your holiday. However the villa condition is dated and in need of modernisation and some investment. Bathrooms old, shower heads poor flow , not enough plug sockets in rooms so can’t charge your phone and have lamp on, lights in rooms very dim, air conditioning only in bedrooms, sunloungers old dated style , patio seating uncomfortable..a real shame as the layout and space of villa is fine and good for a party of 6 . They could have left more to help with mosquitos eg nets or more lights / tools that distract them . We had2 cars and able to go to grocery and places with no problems. The house is a Spanish old farm style We love it! We love that it’s quiet, far from busy area. It has everything we need. We got to talk to the owner couple times He was really lovely. Love the cat and sheep next to probably too. We don’t mind the bugs just get mosquito spray for it if you want to sit outside at night. Das Gebäude und auch die Außenanlagen sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, zudem sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung (im Haus und außerhalb) ist in die Jahre gekommen, es passt allerdings zusammen. Eine hochmoderne Ausstattung würde nicht ansatzweise den gleichen angenehmen Charme versprühen ... Viele Schattenplätze, viel Platz für die Mahlzeiten unter freiem Himmel. Wer Luxus möchte ist hier fehl am Platze. It was a pleasure to just sit or have a tea looking at the moutains and valley. The agent are very friendly, and even came to say hello and check all was good.
