Sleeps a maximum of 8 people. Facing the beautiful "Bay of Pollença", between the white sandy beaches of Mal Pas we find this luxurious Villa. Literally 15 steps from the sea, and situated in a quiet and not too touristy area, it is the perfect retreat for those seeking the calm and peace of the island. The beauty of this house is that you have all the benefits of peace and quiet without being too far from all the local bars, restaurants, marina, and facilities of Bonaire-Malpas that are accessible on foot. The villa is ideal for adults and children and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a great holiday in paradise. It is perfectly modern designed with a big open kitchen, living, and dining room open-planned, perfect for entertaining guests. The large glass doors throughout the property create that perfect indoor-outdoor living with the addition of overlooking the beautiful bay. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total, 2 large twin bedrooms on the ground floor with one with an en-suite bathroom. On the large ground floor terrace, you will find a spacious shaded dining area perfect for enjoying a morning breakfast outdoors. Sunloungers at the bottom of the terrace to enjoy the afternoon sun with a cool down in the Villas Plunge Pool. With only steps to the sea through the spectacular pathed garden, ideal for sunset gazing. On the 1st floor one bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite and one grand master bedroom, en-suite with bathtub and walk-in shower. The grandmaster also features a walk-in wardrobe. The Terrace leads you onto a glass pathway where you will arrive in the glass office space with a circle sofa where you can enjoy the views.
