ALC18 Sa marina is a beautifully decorated house with private swimming pool only 100 metres from the sea. Set in a quiet residential area one minutes walk to the beach, Sa Marina is the ideal choice for those looking for a property with peaceful surrounding yet close enough to shops, bars and restuarants in Puerto Pollensa. Entering the house there is a large dining kitchen with all of the equipment that you would expect along with a dining table and chairs and TV area. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC. The large living room has patio doors which flood the room with light and offer views to the terrace and pool. There is a TV, Wifi and large comfortable sofas. Here there is another dining table to seat 6 people Stairs lead up to the first floor. Sa Marina has 3 bedrooms all thoughtfully designed, two doubles and one twin. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, private terrace with sea views and ample wardrobe space. There is a twin bedroom also on this level again with ample wardrobe space and views to the pool. The family bathroom has shower over bathtub. On the second floor there is a spacious double bedroom, this bedroom has a private terrace. with views to the bay of Puerto Pollensa and the distant Tramuntana mountains. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning.
