Ca Na Siona Històric, which is over 300 years old, is situated on a very spacious property consisting of a garden and a neighbouring natural plot. The diverse Mediterranean vegetation, including old trees, provides a wonderful setting for the lovingly landscaped areas where you can spend time outdoors. Right next to the holiday home is the large covered terrace, where you will find an inviting selection of seating on brick benches, a lounge and at the dining table. From here, a small path leads to the large pool, which has been aesthetically integrated into the landscape. From here you can enjoy sensational views of the Tramuntana mountains. The adjoining pool house with additional seating invites you to relax. If you want to enjoy the view even more exclusively, you can go to the raised outdoor seating area next to the pool. A table tennis table is available for fitness and fun. The Barcebue house is a great place for a barbecue, whatever the weather.



The interior of the house has a very spacious living area. High rooms with exposed beams, terracotta tiles, antique wooden doors and two fireplaces in combination with many charming details create an antique Mallorcan flair, in which modern elements are not missing. On the ground floor of the main house are the communal living and dining areas and the kitchen as well as a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the upper floor there is a residential unit with two connecting double bedrooms and a bathroom en suite, ideal for a small family. Three further double bedrooms, two of which have balconies, and an additional bathroom are also located on this floor. Two further accommodation units for four and five holidaymakers respectively are located in the adjoining wing and in the guest house, the latter of which is even equipped with its own kitchen. This means that a holiday can be spent here with a large group, whereby each guest always has individual retreat options thanks to the four cosy accommodation units available. There is also a beautiful group room with a wooden floor, which is ideal for yoga or meditation, for example.
