### Holiday Home 'Casa Tritons' with Private Terrace, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The holiday home Casa Tritons is located in Alcúdia just a short walk from the beach. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This accommodation features a private outdoor area with open and covered terraces, a balcony, and a barbecue.  
  
The host recommends eating at the Michelin-starred restaurant Maca de Castro, as well as at Numa Beach Club. The property is located in a central area of Alcudia, within walking distance to the beach, the harbour, a golf course and numerous shops.  
  
A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.  
  
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.  
  
Air conditioning is only available in the living room and master bedroom.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, beim leichten Regen hat einen intensiven unangenehmen Schimmelgeruch, sogar auf der Terrasse. Abfluss der Dusche in der oberen Zimmer war verstopft. Einige kaputte Gläser, Teller könnte man aussortieren…
