There are 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Furnished and equipped kitchen open to the living- diningroom with air conditioning.Comfortable porch with partial views of the beach, which leads to a large private garden surrounded by a wonderful pine forest that has direct access to the beach.It also has a garage with space for 1 car.Alcúdia, located in the northeast of Mallorca, an Eco-tourist Municipality with 30 km of coastline with great landscape diversity.There are beautiful beaches of fine white sand, steep cliffs and hidden coves of impressive beauty.Ideal for nature lovers with extensive hiking routes.Alcúdia is a medieval walled city that a few meters from the old town, next to the Church of Sant Jaume,You can enjoy the cultural route to the Roman City of Pollentia, founded in 123 BC,route that will take us to the most interesting places preserved from Roman times in today's Alcúdia.\*\* Ecotasa, tourist tax is paid on the day of arrival.\*\*Security deposit €200, payable on the day of arrival.
