It is very well kitted out with everything you need for your stay. The pool is close by and well maintained. Sebastian was very helpful and extremely responsive with our queries. Wonderful views of the beach from the balcony and bedrooms. We enjoyed the swimming pool - not too busy and had no problems finding a sun lounger. Great location - close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants - within walking distance of the beautiful Alcudia Old Town. We received lots of useful information about the local area, which was much appreciated. The furniture is well used, and could use a replacement. The double bed was good, the two single beds were very soft. We had no water on the second day, but the hero Juan called the plumber and it was fixed within a few hours, no hazzels. The apartment was cozy and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Each morning, we enjoyed long walks along the shore, hand in hand, listening to the gentle waves and watching the sun rise over the bay. One of the highlights of our trip was a boat excursion we took from the nearby port—just a few minutes’ stroll from the apartment. The captain and his crew were so kind and knowledgeable, guiding us along the stunning coastal corners of Mallorca. We were lucky enough to spot dolphins, including a mother with her baby! I even managed to snap a photo of them—such a precious moment, it was pure bliss. And later, we anchored near Coll Baix, a secluded cove with crystal-clear waters. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to restaurants, shops and activities, I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. The pool is very nice, plenty of sunbeds. The kitchen has good facilities and plenty of dishes. The balcony has views to the beach and seafront walk, nicely in shade in the afternoon. Die Unterkunft ist eher billig ausgestattet. Die Betten sind hart wie Stein und man kann nicht darauf liegen. Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert! Balkontür ging bei Ankunft nicht auf. Das ganze Haus ist extrem hellhörig! Täglich waren Bauarbeiten in der Anlage zu hören. Am Schlimmsten war jedoch die Kälte. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft völlig ausgekühlt. In der Beschreibung stand, dass sie über eine Heizung verfügt. Leider gab es nur eine im Wohn und Essraum, die insgesamt wenig Wärme brachte. Wir haben mit Pullover geschlafen und es war insgesamt so unzumutbar, so dass wir ins Hotel gezogen sind. Die Agentur Mallorca properties kam uns preislich nicht entgegen. Man wollte den Eigentümer nach einem Preisnachlass fragen und sich bei uns melden, was nie erfolgte. Auch eine zusätzliche E Mail unsererseits blieb unbeantwortet. So etwas würde es in Deutschland bei Beschwerden niemals geben. Unser Urlaub war leider insgesamt dadurch wenig erholsam und wir durften doppelt zahlen. Das Apartement kann unserer Meinung nach nicht in kaltem Monaten und zu diesem hohen Preis vermietet werden. Preis Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis. ##### Bente P.
