« We just spent a boys weekend here and it couldn’t have been better. The cottage is spacious, super clean, and really well equipped. The view of Lake Simcoe from the patio is unreal, especially at sunset. We made full use of the sauna and the BBQ got a lot of use too. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had more than enough space. Loved the big dining area and the open kitchen, perfect for group meals. Also appreciated how fast the Wi-Fi was and how much parking there was for five cars....

« We had an incredible experience at this property! The home was huge, beautifully maintained, and clearly designed with care and attention to detail. « Great home for a long weekend ice fishing getaway. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room area. The home was perfect for the guys to have a bonding weekend with our kids ice fishing.The home was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep and relaxing after a long day on the ice. « Beautiful lakefront with sandy shallow water off the dock. Kitchen was well appointed with comfy gathering areas, outdoors, upstairs and main level. The whole experience was wonderful - a great place to vacation with family as there was lots to entertain us and lots of space to spread out. »

« We loved this place but number one issue they were charging $16 for each trash bag and second so many rules about guest and spending time at property and they mentioned that after we booked the place.Other issue we couldn’t find towel there after 24 hours we found it in dryer and no second key in lock box for 2 familles. Overall place was so clean comfortable and nice. »

« Aug. 3, 2025. We had an amazing two night stay with our adult children to attend a wedding. The home was beautiful but Himanshu and Team made it very comfortable for us. Fully equipped! The small touches were not expected but certainly made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was very efficient and timely.
