« Service impeccable, bien situé. Enjeu important cependant au niveau de la climatisation/chauffage au printemps. Même s’il fait chaud dans la chambre, il est impossible de refroidir par le système de climatisation. La seule façon de réduire la température est d’ouvrir les fenêtres et comme l’hôtel est au centre-ville, c’est alors très bruyant et donc ça rends le sommeil difficile. Donc soit on ne dors pas à cause de la chaleur ou du bruit. »
