The outdoor area features a beautifully landscaped garden embracing a striking dark-toned private pool, an elegant detail inspired by the deep Sicilian sea. This distinctive pool makes the villa a rare find among villas with pools, perfect for refreshing and regenerating swims. The covered veranda overlooking the pool and Mount Castellammare is the heart of outdoor living, an ideal spot to enjoy sunsets and quiet moments. Beside it, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ invites guests to share convivial meals in true Mediterranean style.  
The villa is arranged over two levels, with interiors defined by neutral tones enriched with subtle touches of color. On the ground floor, a comfortable living room opens onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming space typical of refined holiday villas. Cozy sofas and a TV complete the living area, with one sofa converting into a double bed for those who prefer to sleep separately. A full bathroom and a practical laundry room add functionality and convenience to everyday life, as expected from quality villa rentals.  
Upstairs, the sleeping area includes two double bedrooms and one bedroom with a modern bunk bed, all featuring air conditioning and TV. A full bathroom is also located on this floor, along with a quiet study corner furnished with desk and chair — ideal for reading, working remotely or simply admiring the surrounding landscape.

During your stay, you will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a comfortable and completely private experience.  
  
Upon your arrival, you’ll find everything you need for a short stay, and—upon request—we can also provide essential amenities for families with young children, including a baby cot, high chair, baby bath, safety rail, and more, suitable for infants from 0 to 3 years old.  
You will also have access to a detailed guide with useful information about the villa and the surrounding area, while my wife and I will remain fully available for any need. We’ll be happy to help you discover the wonders of our land by arranging additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard visits, horseback riding in the countryside or a private chef service directly in the villa, everything to make your holiday truly unforgettable.  
For cleanliness and comfort, we collaborate with one of the best companies in our region for the supply and professional cleaning of bed linens, towels, and beach towels. They exclusively use certified “EU ECOLABEL’’ products, ensuring a safe and eco-friendly environment for you and your loved ones.  
  
To comply with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration before arrival.  
Submission of identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid document (ID Card, Passport, or Driver’s License).  
Online identity verification: The system includes a guest recognition process before access.  
Access code reception: The entry code for the villa will be sent only after the registration process is completed.  
Tourist tax: It will be automatically calculated based on the number of nights booked and can be paid online at the end of the check-in process. The tax applies for a maximum of 5 days for guests aged 14 and older.   
  
The villa is located in a quiet and secluded countryside area of Alcamo, surrounded by greenery and just a 10-minute drive from all essential amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, and restaurants. Castellammare del Golfo, with its marina, beaches, and lively summer atmosphere, is also about 5 minutes away. Alcamo Marina, known for its long sandy beaches, is just a short drive from the property.  
  
The villa is located halfway between Palermo and Trapani airports and just 10 minutes from the main highway, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Western Sicily and swimming in some of the area’s most beautiful and exclusive beaches.  
To enjoy a smooth and carefree holiday, we strongly recommend renting a car directly at the arrival airport, where you’ll find the best rates and the widest selection of vehicles, as the region does not have an efficient public transportation system. However, for guests who do not drive or prefer not to rent a car, we are happy to arrange a taxi service upon request.  
Inside the property, you will also find a private parking area with an automatic gate, spacious enough to accommodate up to three large vehicles.  
  
I live about 20 minutes from the villa and am always available for any needs. You can reach me at any time, day or night: I will do my best to make you feel comfortable and assist you promptly should anything unexpected arise during your stay.
