"Everything about the hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived. The reception staff were extremely and efficient at checkin. The room was very clean and comfortable, and unlike many hotel rooms, the air con worked easily! We ate in the restaurant on onky one night, but the food was very good, and again the staff were brilliant. Breakfast (continental buffet) was very good too, with plenty of choice. In fact we enjiyed the hotel so much we stayed and extra night. The location is perfect for a stay in Annecy, close to the lake and within easy walk of the old town which is very picturesque with lots of good eateries. "
