Our only hiccup was prior to the booking i messaged the owner, he never responded to my text. When we arrived at the property another group was in the house and unpacking! This gave us a scare! They had the wrong date (month), all was rectified and they left. I think ot might have been a better idea for the owner to have sent the code to the key box out nearer to the booking tather than automated on the day the booking was made, it may have prevented a group who had the wrong month being there?! A quick overnight stop for a sombre family affair, Tom's house was the perfect place to rest and decompress. A lovely, quirky, charming and homely vibe with every amenity you could ask for.
