It has the ambiance of yesteryear with the mod cons of today. Set in a tree lined street, only a minute's walk from the shops, restaurants and clubs that make Albury the cosmopolitan city it is. Also close to the renowned MAMA -Murray Art Museum Albury that has lots of visiting exhibitions. The cottage has two bathrooms as well as a separate powder room, 3 bedrooms with comfy queen beds. A dining room, lounge room with electric leather recliner chairs as well as two other lounges. A 60" Smart HD television with Foxtel to watch whilst snuggling up in front of the gas log fire or do some internet surfing using the wireless keyboard. Alternatively sit in the covered outdoor area - if its hot, turn on the ceiling fan and block out the sun using the electric blind OR if its cold or raining, turn on the electric heater and pull down the PVC blinds and enjoy a good book. And don't forget to turn on the fountain on the patio.
