This lovely double brick home with high ornate ceilings will make you feel welcome as soon as you step in the front door. Plenty of room for the whole family to relax and unwind. With a large fully equipped kitchen, 900 oven. With 3 bedrooms and a second living area for guests to sleep, there is plenty of room for a comfortable stay for 8. Washing machine and dryer. Guests have access to the entire house. Please note there is a private unit at the back, parking is situated out the front on the grass, plenty of room for cars, vans and trailers. Entertainment area/yard is situated in the front garden with beautiful shady garden grass and bbq, please help your selves to the yummy mandarines (when in season). Just a stones throw from the Albury tafe, walking distance to town centre and Mercy Hospital.
