There is a queen bedroom downstairs with ensuite bathroom, and a queen bedroom upstairs which opens up to a terraced balcony. There is also a third bedroom with two single beds and this floor is serviced by a large main bathroom.The living area is chic and stylish, a small but functional kitchen provides all you need to cook, or simply walk around the corner to Dean St for a bite to eat from one of the delightful restaurants and cafes that are on offer in this thriving regional town.For your convenience there is unlimited high speed wifi, all towels and linen provided, a lock up double garage that opens up to a laneway at the rear of the property, and excellent reverse cycle split system heating and cooling in the lounge area and all bedrooms.Please note there is a wooden staircase in this home with no child gate- it would be easy enough to block off with a chair at either end but just want to make that clear in case you have toddlers! Enjoyed walks through the botanical gardens and short stroll to Dean Street and easy drive elsewhere around.
